Fence Installer — Project-Based / As Needed

Moe Backyard Builds Co. is looking for experienced fence installers in the Murfreesboro area for project-based, as-needed work. We are looking for dependable individuals who already have experience with residential fence installation and repair and can complete assigned projects professionally and efficiently.

Most projects will include wood privacy fence repairs, fence section repairs, post and rail replacement, picket replacement, gate repairs, gate installation, and occasional larger fence projects.

How the work operates: Moe Backyard Builds handles the customers, estimates, scheduling, project scope, and materials. When a project is available, qualified installers will be contacted with the job details, scheduled date, and project pay. Work is offered as projects become available, so weekly hours are not guaranteed.

Typical project pay: Approximately $150–$400 per installer for a one-day project, depending on the size and scope of the work. Larger or multi-day projects will be priced accordingly. Our target for many standard projects is approximately $400 per installer.

We are looking for installers who: Have previous fence installation/repair experience

-Can measure and perform fence work accurately Know how to install/repair posts, rails, pickets, and gates

-Can work independently without requiring basic fence installation training Take pride in straight, level, clean finished work Are dependable and communicate if an issue comes up

-Can work well with another installer when a two-person crew is required

-Can maintain a professional attitude while working at customers' homes
