Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer based in Fayetteville, AR. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, interior design projects, creating and managing construction drawings, and selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). The role requires close collaboration within the studio, working alongside architects, clients, and builders to deliver innovative and functional design solutions.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in the Interior Design or a related field
- Proficiency in Space Planning and creating effective layout designs
- Understanding and application of Architecture principles and Interior Design practices
- Experience with Construction Drawings, including drafting and reviewing technical design documents
- Knowledge in FF&E selection, procurement, and implementation in design projects
- Strong creativity and collaboration skills to contribute to the studio's dynamic and innovative process
- Proficiency with design software such as Revit, Adobe Suites, Enscape or similar softwares
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles is a plus
