- Work closely with the Superintendent to manage day-to-day field operations.
- Perform and lead hands-on carpentry and construction tasks.
- Supervise and guide crew members and subcontractors on site.
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Modus Construction's standards.
- Support project scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Take increasing ownership of smaller projects over time.
- 5 years of field construction experience (carpentry background strongly preferred).
- Prior experience as a Lead Carpenter or Foreman is ideal.
- Desire to grow into a Superintendent or Foreman role.
- Must provide own tools and equipment.
- Ability to both perform tasks independently and lead others effectively.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and excellence.
- Familiarity with reading blueprints.
- Enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in efficiently completing tasks.
- Must provide own tools and cordless tools
