We are looking for an experienced builder with a strong background in commercial construction field operations or supervision. The right person brings practical knowledge of construction methods and applicable codes, sound judgment in the field, and the leadership presence to keep teams aligned and moving forward. You should be comfortable communicating with clients and trade partners, solving problems in real time, and taking ownership of jobsite results. Hands-on experience with layout or survey work, computer proficiency, and a valid driver's license are important for success in this role.
Compensation And Benefits
Compensation for this role is $60,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience. Modus Construction also offers paid time off, holiday pay, a health insurance allowance, a company vehicle and fuel card, a company laptop, and ongoing training including OSHA certification.

- Manage daily jobsite activity, coordinate schedules, and keep work moving safely, efficiently, and to plan.
- Maintain high standards for quality, site organization, safety, and overall productivity.
- Communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams to keep expectations aligned and issues resolved quickly.
- Coach and support field staff while reinforcing accountability, craftsmanship, and team performance.
- Help ensure each project reflects the professionalism, precision, and integrity Modus brings to its clients and community.
