This is a full-time on-site role for a Controller located in Springfield, MO. The Controller will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis. Responsibilities include managing company finances, preparing monthly and annual financial statements, monitoring cash flow, coordinating audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Controller will also provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections.
- Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Experience with audit coordination and compliance
