Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance, Safety & Warranty Manager to oversee and lead our safety, maintenance, and warranty programs. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Fort Worth, TX, with travel requirements. The ideal candidate brings a strong construction background, technical writing skills, and a hands-on approach to program management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage the company's comprehensive safety program in compliance with OSHA and industry standards
- Oversee all aspects of the maintenance program, including scheduling, tracking, and vendor coordination
- Manage the warranty program, including claims processing, HVAC warranty tracking, and manufacturer communications
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, safety manuals, maintenance logs, and warranty records
- Lead, train, and manage team members across safety and maintenance functions
- Travel to project sites and facilities as needed to conduct inspections, audits, and program oversight
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in safety management and 5 years in maintenance and/or warranty management (10 years total combined experience)
- General construction industry experience required
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and warranty processes
- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to create clear, professional documentation
- Active certifications: OSHA 30 (or higher), CPR/First Aid, and EM385
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- No felony history

Salary Range
$100k-120k/year
