Job Summary
The Warehouse Pallet Wrapper is responsible for securing finished products for shipment by wrapping pallets with stretch film, operating pallet jacks or forklifts to move inventory, and ensuring loads are stable, protected, and meet quality and safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wrap completed pallets using shrink wrap or automated wrapping equipment
- Ensure all pallets are tightly secured, stable, and protected for transport
- Inspect pallets for accuracy, damage, or missing items prior to wrapping
- Apply proper labels and verify shipping information as required
- Move pallets to designated staging or shipping areas
- Maintain wrapping equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including loading and unloading as needed
- Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and shipping goals
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or pallet wrapping experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to accurately maneuver a forklift in narrow areas.
- Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions (temperature changes, noise).
