We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team and drive the successful planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. Responsibilities
- Maintain updated project status and project log program
- Works closely with the sales, drafting and purchasing teams
- Send long lead items to customer for approval
- Process preliminary prints received from drafting.
- Receives and processes redlines from sales
- verifies purchase orders and coordinates deviations
- Process final prints received from drafting to various departments
- Communicates with dealers and sate agencies as needed.
- Keep General Manager updated at all stages
- Order and create finish selection samples as needed to send to customers for selection and approval.
- Files and updates the stock plan approval records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management or project coordination within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and construction estimating processes.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with confidence.
- Experience with contracts management
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams including engineers, contractors, and clients.
