We are seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Monterey, CA location in this full-time on-site role. The Maintenance Manager will oversee daily maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and facility upkeep. This position involves managing a team of maintenance staff, coordinating repair schedules, and ensuring operational efficiency across the property. - Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance practices to ensure facility and equipment efficiency.
- Strong Maintenance Management skills, including planning, organizing, and executing maintenance schedules.
- Experience in Equipment Maintenance and comprehensive knowledge of tools and systems required for facility operations.
- Ability to lead and oversee a team with strong Supervisory Skills to ensure productivity and adherence to safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills to address maintenance challenges effectively.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements for facility operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in maintenance or related fields are a plus.
