The multiple subject classroom teacher provides an educational program for students in grades 1 through 8, or a combination thereof, and assists in other school programs as assigned. The multiple subject classroom teacher demonstrates extensive knowledge and practical application of behavioral principles and instructional practices, methods and strategies, including classroom management based on positive reinforcement; and maintain personal qualities of leadership, integrity, fairness, optimism, self-confidence, persistence and vitality.
