Techno-Functional Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Techno-Functional Analyst for a Contract job with a client in Charlotte, NC/Plano, TX (Hybrid). The role involves defining and maintaining business requirements while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and developers, ensuring successful end-to-end functional delivery.

Rate Range: $62/hour to $65/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Techno-Functional Analyst Job Responsibilities Include

• Define and maintain business functional and technical requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders and ensure sign-off.
• Create functional solutions, conduct FSD (Functional Specification Document) walkthroughs, and obtain approvals.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in various capacities, identifying product development opportunities.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure correct understanding of requirements and oversee the end-to-end functional delivery.
• Define testing requirements in collaboration with the QA team and ensure comprehensive testing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with requirements and project management.
• Establish and operate within the governance structure for the project/program and manage/escalate risks and issues.
• Contribute to the design and development of the project-level roadmap, ensuring business benefits in each phase.
• Ensure projects are completed as per product specifications and are properly documented.
• Work with data sourcing teams to validate data completeness from acquisition to report delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders during UAT to ensure reports meet requirements and all deliveries are signed-off.
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in business analysis, functional analysis, or a techno-functional role, with at least 3 years of experience working in similar roles.
• Experience in Oracle/PL SQL, ETL/Informatica, or Java, with strong technical proficiency.
• Deep understanding of Capital Markets, with a focus on Credit Risk, Market Risk, or Capital calculations, and knowledge of relevant regulations (Basel, CRR, CRD IV).

Pay Details: $62.00 to $65.00 per hour
