Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Assist servers by bussing tables and clearing dishes to maintain a clean dining environment.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and special requests are accommodated.
- Help set up for banquets and special events, ensuring all food service areas are well-stocked and organized.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to provide an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
Skills
- Proficient in using POS systems for order tracking and communication.
