An Associate Superintendent oversees each division and a variety of programs, such as Early Childhood Education, Child Welfare & Attendance, Special Education, Nutrition Services and Transportation. Modesto City Schools also offers an Induction Program with a state approved curriculum by which new teachers attain their Professional Clear Credential. Recognizing that as educators, we are life-long learners, Modesto City Schools offers extensive staff development opportunities to all employees: managers, teachers and classified staff.
