Three (3) years experience in food preparation, serving and general kitchen activities; Sufficient physical ability, strength, mobility and stamina to lift 35 pounds and to push or pull up to 75 pounds on a rolling rack or cart; High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate, or California High School Proficiency Examination (CHSPE) certificate is required.
