- Process ACH and credit card payments
- Process Cash and Check transactions
- Maintain historical records through document scanning and filing
- Assist with month-end close, data collection and schedules
- Customer ACH setup
- Provide EXCELLENT service to customers and team members
- Light IT Support
- General Administrative duties
- 1 year of Data Entry experience preferred
- Superior attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to perform quality work while maintaining specific deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel
- Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to work out of our Plainwell Office (in-office position)
