What You’ll Do
As a Financial Representative, you’ll help individuals and families achieve long‑term financial security by:
- Providing personalized financial guidance and product solutions
- Working with new and existing members to understand their needs
- Networking and building relationships throughout the community
- Continuously prospecting and securing appointments
- Participating in mentor‑led client meetings
- Asking for introductions and building referral networks
- Actively engaging in community and fraternal activities
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Entrepreneurial and self‑motivated
- Community‑minded and relationship‑driven
- A strong communicator who enjoys meeting new people
- A team player with a service‑oriented mindset
Preferred (but not required):
- College degree
- Experience in sales, customer service, banking, or financial advising
- No financial background needed—we provide full training!
Must live in or around Lincoln, Omaha, or surrounding areas.
