- 5 high-quality prospect meetings set per week
- 85% held meeting rate
- 70% adoption rate of concierge-prepared baseline financial plans by advisory teams

Primary Duties:
- Engage prospective clients through personalized outreach, with a focus on quality of interactions rather than call volume.
- Present the firm’s philosophy, investment approach, and solutions in a consultative, client-centric manner.
- Conduct deeper discovery with prospects, gathering detailed financial data and insights to build robust baseline financial plans.
- Coordinate and prepare prospects for seamless transition to their advisory team, ensuring all necessary information and materials are ready.
- Collaborate closely with advisors and business development staff to refineprospectingstrategies and improve conversion outcomes.
- Support high-value or complex prospect engagements, providing an elevated experience compared to entry-level concierge outreach.
- Maintain meticulous records in CRM systems to support long-term client relationship management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or related field.
- 4 years of experience in client services, sales, or financial services roles.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex client conversations with professionalism and confidence.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning concepts and ability to translate them into accessible client discussions.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and client engagement tools.
