What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Missile Defense Integration Engineer position at Modern Technology Solutions, Inc.?
- Serving as the primary scheduler for multiple, concurrent complex defense programs
- Designing, building, and maintaining scalable scheduling and analytical tools enabling continuous tracking and optimization
- Leveraging Palantir's "Foundry" to develop sophisticated analytical tools and interactive dashboards, converting complex datasets into clear, actionable executivelevel visual products
- Developing advanced reporting solutions in Tableau and PowerBI
- Using PowerApps to automate workflows and streamline program management processes
- Providing periodic database management support and assisting with SharePoint site administration
- Operating independently-translating abstract, highlevel objectives into complete, functioning tools without stepbystep guidance
- US Citizenship
- Master's degree in a STEM field and 12 years of engineering experience, Alternatively: Bachelor's degree in STEM 20 years of experience may be considered
- Extensive experience serving as the primary scheduler for multiple simultaneous complex programs
- Ability to develop analytical and visualization tools
- Ability to work proactively and independently with minimal supervision
- Active security clearance at the required level (e.g., TS/SCI) or ability to obtain this clearance
- Experience supporting database administration
- Experience with SharePoint site management
- High proficiency in Tableau and/or PowerBI
- Development experience using PowerApps
- Experience with Palantir's AI-based software development environments
- Strong ability to synthesize technical data into executivelevel products
- Familiarity with missile defense or other complex DoD program environments
