Program Analysis & Reporting: Support program managers in executing UAS development, procurement, sustainment, and operational programs. Collect, analyze, and synthesize data related to program performance, cost, risks, and schedules. Develop and deliver reports, presentations, and briefings to leadership and stakeholders. Assist in developing and maintaining detailed program schedules, ensuring accurate tracking of key milestones and deadlines. Support Earned Value Management (EVM) processes, ensuring compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) standards. Facilitate program-related meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-up actions. Ensure clear communication of program goals, issues, and changes to all stakeholders. Ensure programs operate within legal, regulatory, and policy frameworks, adhering to DoD standards. Support the development and implementation of strategies to address compliance challenges. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. 5 years of experience in program management, project coordination, or analysis, preferably within the defense industry. Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition processes and guidelines. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with program scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
