Proficient Use of MS Office Suite: Utilize advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) to create high-quality documentation, presentations, and reports, while ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational standards. Visitor Engagement and Front Desk Management: Welcome and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently while maintaining the reception area as a welcoming and organized space. Multi-Line Phone System Management: Efficiently handle incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel, manage voicemail systems, and ensure seamless communication across departments. Document Preparation and Brief Editing: Draft, proofread, and edit briefs, presentations, and other communications, ensuring clarity, grammatical accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals. Calendar and Schedule Management: Coordinate and maintain detailed calendars for leadership and project teams, scheduling meetings, conferences, and events while balancing priorities to optimize productivity. Education: Must have a School Diploma Three (3) years of Administrative Support Familiarity with JPAS Prior Naval experience is a plus Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Active Secret Clearance
