What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Model-Based Systems Engineer position at Modern Technology Solutions, Inc.?
- Self starter to performs tasks with minimal guidance up to the level of leading the execution of complex tasks.
- Learning/demonstrated knowledge in area of engineering expertise.
- Applies engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan and design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate military weapons systems.
- Reviews and prepares engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation.
- Applies beginning systems engineering experience to perform functions such as system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, or acquisition and resource management.
- Initial analysis, design, development, implementation, testing and evaluation of software, components, or systems related to engineering or functional requirements of military systems, associated support systems.
- Must be working towards a degree in a technical or scientific field from an accredited college or university or hold a bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field from an accredited college or university. Additional four (4) years of recent and relevant experience in Systems Engineering with Model-Based Engineering/digital Engineering applications and technology is required.
- IT related certifications preferred
- Must haveminimum of minimum of four (4) years recent and relevant Systems Engineering experience with Model-Based Engineering/Digital Engineering applications and technology.
- Experience using MBSE Tools, such as Cameo System Modeler, Cameo Enterprise Architect, Teamwork Cloud, and Cameo Collaborator is preferred
- Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance or higher and able to obtain a TS
- Must be a US Citizen
