- Provide dedicated, day-to-day assistance to program managers within an Intelligence Community rapid acquisition organization.
- Provides essential coordination and support to Government leads executing high-priority efforts across the organization’s key Lines of Effort.
- Provide direct daily support to Government Capability Owners and Program Managers, enabling them to focus on the rapid execution of their respective LOEs.
- Assist in tracking program progress against strategic objectives, such as employing AI/Automation, scaling analytic exploitation technology, and partnering with industry to accelerate capability delivery.
- Coordinate across engineering teams, industry partners, and operational users to ensure alignment with the customer’s rapid acquisition and experimentation mandates.
- Prepare and maintain core program documentation, ensuring that it reflects the fast-paced, agile culture the customer is cultivating.
- Organize and facilitate program meetings, technical reviews, and stakeholder engagements, capturing key decisions and action items that drive mission execution.
- Assist in developing briefings and decision materials that communicate program status and its alignment with the NGA strategy to senior leadership.
- 10 years of experience in program support or project coordination within the DoD or Intelligence Community.
- Experience supporting Government acquisition programs, with a strong preference for experience within a service RCO, DIU, SCO, or a similar PEO or PMO focused on accelerating technology adoption.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple Government leads and competing priorities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree
- Familiarity with the Intelligence Community and the mission and organizational structure of its elements.
- Understanding of concepts like Foundational Military Intelligence (FMI), AI/ML integration, and multi-domain operations.
- Experience with program management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence).
- Active TS/SCI DoD or IC security clearance with SAP eligibility
