MTSI is currently seeking to hire a Configuration Manager to join the team in Huntsville, Alabama.
The Configuration Manager will support the TUAS Product Office in managing configuration control for Brigade UAS efforts, Ultra Long Endurance UAS, Long Range Reconnaissance, the Joint Tactical Autonomous Aerial Resupply System (JTAARS) UAS, and other platforms as defined.
Bachelor’s degree with 7 years’ related experience.
Required Experience
Must have an Active Secret Clearance; US Citizenship required.

The Configuration Manager will support the TUAS Product Office in managing configuration control for Brigade UAS efforts, Ultra Long Endurance UAS, Long Range Reconnaissance, the Joint Tactical Autonomous Aerial Resupply System (JTAARS) UAS, and other platforms as defined.
- This role ensures the integrity of system baselines, controls changes to hardware, software, and documentation, and facilitates Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings.
- The configuration manager maintains accurate configuration documentation, supports lifecycle management, and conducts audits to ensure compliance with standards and contract requirements.
- Collaboration with engineering, logistics, business, and program management teams is essential to integrate configuration management processes across disciplines.
- The configuration manager reports to the TUAS Systems Engineering Lead and Chief Engineer.
Bachelor’s degree with 7 years’ related experience.
Required Experience
- Experience in configuration management supporting Program Management Office, preferably in Army Aviation
- Experience maintaining accurate configuration documentation, and support lifecycle management
- Must have experience conducting audits, and understanding compliance standards
- Must have the ability to work with cross-functional teams including engineering, logistics and program management
Must have an Active Secret Clearance; US Citizenship required.
