Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Tax Preparer. The Tax Preparer will prepare and review individual and small business tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current tax laws and regulations. Daily responsibilities include gathering and analyzing client financial information, reconciling relevant data, and identifying potential deductions and credits. The role involves creating clear workpapers, communicating with clients to answer tax-related questions, and assisting with basic estate settlement documentation as needed. Qualifications
- Strong skills in Tax Preparation and Tax, with the ability to accurately prepare and review returns.
- Working knowledge of Tax Law, including federal and state regulations relevant to individual and small business filings.
- Proficiency with tax preparation software and common office productivity tools.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
