What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estimator Luxury Stone and Tile position at Modern Stones LLC?
We are looking for graduate students to join our estimating department!
-Must have college degree
- Must be Bilingual English/Spanish
- Understand architectural and engineering scales
- Dimension and area drawings
- Different drawing types and their usage
- Know what a floor plan, section, and elevation are
- Understand symbols, notations, abbreviations, and material schedules
- Work with drawings on dimensions, finishes, details
- Area calculations
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH AUTOCAD, PLANSWIFT, AND SKETCHUP
