Job Description
Guardian Metal Roofing Supply is looking for a dependable, motivated Yard and Warehouse Laborer to join our team at our Sutton, MA facility. This is a hands on position responsible for the manufacturing of metal roofing components, assisting with heavy machinery, and supporting the on-site delivery of fabricated roofing materials.
Responsibilities

- Manufacture and assemble metal roofing components.
- Operate or assist with heavy machinery (training provided).
- Load and Unload materials for delivery.
- Assist with on-site deliveries when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized yard and warehouse.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company protocols.
Qualifications
*
- Previous experience in a laborer or warehouse role.
- Comfortable in working in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with (or willing to learn) heavy machinery.
- Must obtain OSHA 10 and additional OSHA safety training (company supported)
- Must pass an initial drug screening and comply with ongoing testing.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members.
**Occasional overtime may be available.
**Progressive pay increased based on performance evaluations.
