Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Trainee to join our team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals looking to kickstart their career in information technology through hands-on learning and structured training.
As an IT Trainee, you will gain experience supporting a wide range of technologies in both office and manufacturing environments. You’ll work alongside senior IT staff to troubleshoot systems, support users, and develop foundational skills that will prepare you for broader responsibilities in systems, security, and compliance.
Duties
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, devices, and networks
- Provide technical support to end users (e.g., email, Wi-Fi, printing, account setup)
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues
- Support workstation preparation, imaging, and deployment
- Participate in monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations
- Document processes, issues, and solutions for future reference and training
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on projects related to automation, compliance, and system enhancements
Experience & Qualifications
- Basic familiarity with computers, operating systems, or networking concepts (through school, personal projects, or helping others)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Reliable, process-oriented, and able to follow documented procedures
- High school diploma or GED required
- Certifications or prior IT experience are a plus but not required.

- Enjoy tinkering, building, or fixing technology — whether that’s a home PC, Wi-Fi network, or a Raspberry Pi project
- Experience helping friends or family with technology setups or troubleshooting
