ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST
We are looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our growing mechanic shop team.
Location: • 2 days per week — Rolling Meadows, IL • 3 days per week — Gary, IN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations
- Process bills, invoices, expenses, and payments
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Maintain accurate accounting records
- Manage customer accounts and outstanding balances
- Process and reconcile payments
- Enter and maintain financial data in QuickBooks
- Support general administrative and accounting tasks
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks
- Strong organizational and data-entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- English and Russian required
- Reliable transportation between Rolling Meadows, IL and Gary, IN
Compensation:
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Fuel expenses for travel between locations are reimbursed
