We're a hands-on crew that takes pride in quality craftsmanship and getting the job done right. We're looking for a reliable, hardworking crew member to join our team full-time.
The Role
As a Crew Member, you'll work on-site building sheds, shops, garages, and post-frame buildings alongside the rest of the crew, taking direction from your Crew Leader each day. This is physical, outdoor work in all seasons, and no two days look the same.
Responsibilities
- Assist with framing, siding, roofing, and finish work on shed, shop, garage, and post frame builds
- Follow daily direction and job-site plans from the Crew Leader
- Operate hand and power tools safely and correctly
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to and from job sites
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Communicate with the Crew Leader about job progress or issues
- Represent Modern Shed Builders professionally with clients and on-site
What We're Looking For
- Prior construction or carpentry experience preferred
- Comfortable with physical labor and working outdoors in varying weather
- Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record
- Ability to work well as part of a small crew and take direction
- Valid driver's license
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
What We Offer

- Pay based on experience: $20.00 - $35.00
