Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our top-performing sales team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong desire to succeed, and a proven ability to meet goals. This role requires promoting and selling products, providing exceptional service, and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to salons via cold calling and referrals
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing clients
- Respond to client inquiries, manage communication throughout the sales cycle, and follow up with clients and prospects
- Cultivate new client relationships while strengthening existing ones
- Act as a resource for product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive insights
- Schedule and coordinate biweekly meetings with clients
- Organize and facilitate educational events
- Process and manage purchase orders for the region, along with other administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Highly motivated with a passion for the beauty industry, a positive attitude, and a drive for success
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven success in a competitive sales environment
- Ability to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and across the organization
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Quick learner with the ability to demonstrate product knowledge and make client presentations
- Previous sales or salon industry experience is a plus
- Willingness to travel for sales meetings, vendor updates, and training
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to establish and operate as an LLC
- Must maintain an Umbrella Insurance Policy
