What You’ll Do:
Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation of your own.
- Door-to-door canvassing
- Connect with homeowners impacted by storm damage to offer solutions through their insurance.
- Candidates MUST have the ability to climb roofs.
- Perform roof inspections and provide professional recommendations.
- Guide customers through the claims process with confidence.
- Drive sales and meet individual and team goals.
- Meet insurance adjusters on the homeowner’s property.
- Be held accountable with monthly goals and minimums.
What We’re Looking For:
- Self-motivated and results-driven individuals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, though not required.
- Positive attitude while possessing strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Be able to work in a team environment.
- Must be organized with good time management skills.
