Responsibilities:
- Perform roof and exterior maintenance inspections
- Complete gutter cleaning and general roof maintenance services
- Identify storm-related damage and maintenance concerns
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Travel throughout the Southeast as needed
- Maintain company standards for safety, professionalism, and customer service
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and field coordination when needed
Important Notes:
- This position is focused on maintenance and inspections — not full roof installation or repair work.
- Company truck and mileage reimbursement will be provided.
- Flexible schedule and open availability are required due to travel and weather-related demands.
Qualifications:
- Prior roofing, exterior maintenance, construction, or storm restoration experience preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel frequently throughout the Southeast
- Valid driver’s license
- Self-motivated, reliable, and professional
- Strong communication and organizational skills
