We are seeking a highly motivated District Manager to oversee the launch, growth, and performance of multiple markets across our organization. What You’ll Do
- Lead the development and growth of multiple branch locations.
- Work directly with General Managers to implement systems, processes, and operational standards.
- Train, mentor, and support management teams.
- Ensure company procedures and performance expectations are consistently followed.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and revenue growth.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and team development.
- Monitor performance metrics and hold teams accountable to goals.
- Travel extensively between markets to support operations and drive results.
- Step into leadership roles when necessary to ensure operational success.
What We’re Looking For
- Roofing/storm damage industry experience: 1 year required; 2–3 years preferred.
- AT LEAST 1 YEAR of sales experience
- Ability to get on a roof
- Ability to travel A LOT and spend significant time in different markets.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter who can work independently and make decisions confidently.
- Construction, roofing, home services, or related industry background strongly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $70,000–$250,000 total comp with aggressive performance-based bonus structure.
