What You’ll Do
- Prospect commercial property owners and decision-makers
- Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, business owners, and investors
- Perform commercial roof inspections
- Identify roofing problems and recommend solutions
- Educate customers on roof maintenance and roof coatings
- Generate proposals and close commercial roofing projects
- Manage customer relationships from first meeting through project completion
- Consistently exceed monthly sales goals
