Professional Lead Mover/Technician - Contents Restoration

Modern Restoration, a leading specialist in contents and textile restoration, is hiring enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as contents lead technicians!

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure preparation of supplies, equipment and team members for all worksites assigned
• Be a liaison and customer service representative between the company and the customer at work sites
• Lead a team of 2-4 technicians on-site to safely wrap, protect, pack, and transport items within the work scope provided
• Evaluate and photo-inventory property and contents on-site
• Generate and send reports
• Coordinate with project coordinators and operations to ensure all work is performed per scope in the most efficient and effective manner
• Load supplies, equipment and other items necessary to complete work as assigned at the warehouse
• Organize, clean, palletize, and perform other relevant work per assignment at the warehouse

Compensation:

• $18-23 per hour (based on experience and skill level)
• High volume of hours available

Schedule:

• Monday through Saturday (some Sundays as needed)

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• Flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Clean driving record
• Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds regularly
• Good work ethic and attitude with ability to problem solve
• Moving experience preferred
• Ability to drive a 26 foot box truck is preferred
• Experience in assembly, disassembly and installation of furniture and appliances preferred
• Spanish-speaking is a plus
