**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide specialized holistic care for patients with mental health disorders and substance use disorders, in an outpatient setting for a dedicated client caseload.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide advanced psychiatric clinical care, including comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnostic consultations, medication management, psychotherapy for patients with complex psychiatric conditions.
- Implement and manage medication treatment plans, monitor outcomes, and adjust care as necessary to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary care team to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to patient care.
- Participate in the implementation and delivery of interventional treatment protocols for treatment refractory cases .
**Requirements:**
- Master’s degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatry.
- Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license.
- A minimum of 2 year of experience working with complex psychiatric cases, including experience in addiction, adhd, anxiety disorders, depression and PTSD.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
