The Role
As our Senior Marketing Associate, you'll be the an owner of MPE's external presence - from how we rank on Google to how we show up on the trade show floor.
You'll manage campaigns, analyze performance, and bring AI tools into our workflow in practical, results-driven ways.
This is a hands-on role with real autonomy. You'll work directly with sales, engineering, and leadership - and your output will be visible, measurable, and tied directly to pipeline.
What You'll Own
Content & Creative
Develop advertising materials, proposals, and digital content that move prospects through the funnel. You'll use AI tools to accelerate production - not replace judgment - and translate complex technical specs into messaging that actually resonates.
Website & SEO
Own site performance, execute optimizations, and track results through Google Analytics. You'll be accountable for organic visibility and conversion metrics, not just activity.
Email & Demand Generation
Build and execute targeted outbound campaigns that open doors with new accounts and nurture existing ones. You'll own the calendar, the copy, and the metrics.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
Use AI-assisted research tools to monitor competitors, spot market shifts, and feed strategic insights to leadership and the sales team.
Trade Shows & Events
Coordinate MPE's presence at industry events - from booth logistics to pre- and post-show campaigns - ensuring we show up sharp and follow up effectively.
AI Integration
Identify and implement AI tools that make the marketing function faster and sharper. You won't just use these tools - you'll help the team adopt them.
What You Bring
Experience
- 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience; manufacturing or industrial background strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Core Skills
- Working proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar) applied to real marketing workflows - content, research, campaign optimization
- Solid SEO fundamentals and hands-on experience with Google Analytics
- Strong writing skills - especially the ability to make technical content accessible and persuasive
- Project management discipline: you own timelines, flag blockers early, and deliver
Nice to Have
- HubSpot or comparable CRM/MAP experience
- A habit of staying current on emerging marketing technology - and an instinct for what's actually worth adopting
