As a growing company, we're looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our aftermarket and inside sales activities.
About the RoleAs a Customer Service Representative, you'll be central to keeping our customers satisfied and our relationships strong. Your main focus will be helping customers with parts inquiries, preparing accurate quotes, processing orders, and working closely with our sales and design engineers. You'll be a key member of the sales team and a direct contributor to the company's growth.
What You'll Do- Support customers. Act as the first point of contact for parts assistance, responding promptly and professionally by phone, email, and other channels.
- Quote and price. Prepare accurate, detailed parts quotes and communicate realistic delivery timelines based on customer needs and company guidelines.
- Process orders. Enter, track, and coordinate parts orders, including large capital equipment orders, and work with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment.
- Collaborate technically. Partner with sales and design engineers to identify the right spare and replacement parts and solve customer problems.
- Build relationships. Deliver consistently excellent service, resolve concerns quickly, and look for opportunities to add value for customers.
- Coordinate sales activity. Route incoming calls and inquiries to the right staff, keep customer records current, and support the sales team in meeting revenue goals.
- Know the product. Stay current on the features, specifications, and applications of our equipment and parts so you can give customers accurate information.
- Manage data. Keep customer information, sales activity, and parts documentation accurate and up to date in our CRM system.
- High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree is preferred. A mechanical or technical degree is a real plus.
- 1–3 years in inside sales, customer service, or a similar role. Experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written skills for working with customers, engineers, and internal teams.
- Customer focus. A real drive to deliver outstanding service and to anticipate what customers need.
- Technical aptitude. The ability to understand equipment design and identify how integrated components and parts function.
- Attention to detail. Accuracy in quoting, order processing, and every customer interaction.

- Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Computer skills. Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
