To support the needs of our community, we are currently seeking a Commercial Sales Advisor to join our team based in Brunswick, ME. As a CSA, you'll be responsible for recommending and selling Modern’s various service programs, such as our Commercial SMART system and Commercial EcoCare Programs.

How you'll spend your day:
- Answering incoming calls from prospects, and promptly replying to web leads by email and phone.
- Engaging and identifying with clients to better understand their commercial business needs.
- Upgrading existing clients to our new, eco-friendly systems and products based on their business needs.
- Making outbound calls to existing and potential clients to inform them of available SMART and EcoCare services, and to upgrade their current service programs.
- Entering prospects into our system and following up consistently to ensure exceptional growth of Modern’s various client bases.
Job Type: Full-time, year-round, benefit eligible.
Work Location: Based out of our Executive Office located in Brunswick, ME.
Hybrid Schedule: Following successful completion of the training program, this role will offer a hybrid schedule with work-from-home opportunities and 1-2 days of onsite work weekly to foster team collaboration and communication. This blend of remote and in-office work is designed to optimize flexibility and productivity, offering a balanced approach to team engagement and independent project management.

What do you need to get started?
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Required/Preferred Skills
- Have or be able to learn practical and technical knowledge of duties, functions, service, and product offerings, terminology, work procedures, systems, and company policies.
- Have excellent telephone and organizational skills.
- Be able to work in a team-based environment.
- Have strong oral, computer, word processing, and typing skills.
- Experience in phone sales with a business to business (B2B) background preferred.
What Screenings are Required for this Role?
- Clear 7-year background screen
- 4-panel drug screen (opioids, cocaine, PCP, and amphetamines)
