About the Role

As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a capable Order Processor to handle our increasing daily shipping and receiving needs for both domestic and international orders. The ideal candidate will be dependable, with an eye for detail and a commitment to upholding safety standards. We believe in fostering continuous improvement, and on-the-job training will be provided to enhance your skills. We are looking for someone who demonstrates a willingness to learn and grow professionally. Collaboration is key in our workplace, so being a team player is essential as you will closely coordinate tasks with your co-workers.

Compensation: $18-19/hour, depending on experience Benefits

Essential Functions

• Accurately and Efficiently Fulfill Orders: Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and timeliness to meet customer expectations
• Ensure Product Protection During Shipping: Safely package products in shipping boxes using appropriate packing materials to minimize damage during transit.
• Perform Shipping Process: Utilize scanning technology to process orders, print shipping labels, and load boxes onto outbound shipping trucks.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. All weekends and major holidays off.

Job Specifications

· Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a warehouse environment.

· Experience working with logistics providers a plus.

· Good organizational and communication skills and ability to work well with others.

· High attention to detail.

· Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.

· Skills: Essential: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

The job operates onsite in a warehouse environment. This role routinely uses basic hand tools such as cutter/razor blade and around Injection molding machines.

· Communication: Regularly communicate verbally and listen attentively to ensure effective coordination with team members and supervisors.

· Mobility: Frequently stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, and use hands for tasks such as handling products and operating equipment.

· Manual Dexterity: Use hands and fingers skillfully to handle items with precision and accuracy.

· Reach: Extend arms and hands to access items and materials within the work environment.

· Lifting: Occasionally lift and move objects weighing between 25-50 lbs, with proper lifting techniques and assistance as needed.

· Climbing: Occasionally ascend and descend ladders to access elevated areas or storage spaces.

Position Type

This is a full-time position. Must be available for 1st shift warehouse operating hours.
