Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, this role will work closely with senior leadership, including the CEO, Chief Marketing Officer, and franchisee owners, to shape and execute the company’s marketing and growth strategies. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights, market analysis, and project management expertise to support initiatives that drive growth, customer engagement, and market expansion. You’ll help connect marketing performance to business results, informing investment decisions, optimizing campaigns, and driving system-wide growth. This role is part of a small, high-impact team driving data-driven marketing decisions across a national franchise network.Essential Functions:Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functionsCollaborate with senior leadership to identify and execute marketing-focused strategic initiatives, such as local channel strategies, customer segmentation, and brand positioning.Analyze individual market trends, channel segmentations, and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and inform operational decision-making.Develop marketing-focused analytical frameworks, reporting structures, and key performance indicators to improve visibility into brand performance and campaign effectiveness.Partner with marketing, operations, strategy, and finance teams to translate marketing insights into actionable plans with clear objectives, timelines, and measurable outcomes.Provide project management support for corporate strategy initiatives, ensuring alignment across MPRB departments and franchiseesConduct deep-dive analyses of customer behavior, brand equity, and ROI for marketing investments, providing recommendations to optimize marketing spend and impact.Track and evaluate the effectiveness of local marketing campaigns and recommend adjustments to franchisees to improve results and drive store-level performanceCultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees and senior executives, to ensure alignment on marketing priorities.Job Specifications:1-4 years in marketing strategy, corporate strategy, management consulting, or FP&AExperience with financial modeling and strategic planning is preferredDemonstrated experience in marketing analysis, customer insights, and strategic planning is a plus.Proven ability to synthesize data and develop actionable insights.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
