This is a contract hybrid role for a Senior Interior Designer based in Scottsdale, AZ, with some flexibility for remote work. The Senior Interior Designer will lead design projects from concept to completion, including space planning, material and furniture selection, and collaboration on architectural design. Additional responsibilities include creating and reviewing construction drawings, coordinating with architects and contractors, and overseeing the selection and procurement of furnishings, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
- Proficiency in Interior Design and FF&E selection, with a strong sense of aesthetics and functionality
- Expertise in Space Planning and Architecture, ensuring cohesive layouts and design harmony
- Experience in producing, reviewing, and interpreting Construction Drawings
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, contractors, and team members
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is preferred
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus
- Familiarity with luxury residential design and high-end materials is highly desirable
