About Modern Necessity
Modern Necessity is a growing mobile wellness and aesthetics company offering IV hydration therapy, Botox, and dermal filler services. We are building a professional, patient-focused team and looking for a reliable IV Hydration / Infusion Nurse who wants to grow with us from the ground up.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, kind, confident with IV starts, and comfortable working in a slower-starting business that has strong growth potential. This position may begin with limited part-time or per diem hours as we build our client base, but the goal is to increase hours as the business grows.
Position Summary
The IV Hydration / Infusion Nurse will provide mobile IV hydration services to clients in a safe, professional, and comfortable manner. The nurse will be responsible for assessing clients, starting IVs, monitoring clients during treatment, documenting care, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Provide IV hydration therapy to clients in accordance with company protocols and provider orders.
Perform client assessments prior to treatment.
Start peripheral IVs safely and confidently.
Monitor clients during infusion and respond appropriately to any concerns or adverse reactions.
Maintain clean, safe, and professional technique.
Document treatments accurately.
Educate clients on IV hydration services, possible side effects, and aftercare.
Represent Modern Necessity in a professional, friendly, and trustworthy manner.
Communicate clearly with management regarding scheduling, supplies, client concerns, and workflow.
Qualifications
Active Idaho RN license required.
Strong IV start skills required.
Infusion, ER, ICU, med-surg, home health, or mobile IV experience preferred.
Must be professional, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
Must have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
BLS certification required.
Must have reliable transportation.
Experience with wellness, aesthetics, or concierge/mobile healthcare is a plus but not required.

Important Note About Schedule
This position will begin as part-time/per diem due to our current starting census. Hours may vary at first, but as Modern Necessity grows, we hope to build this position into a more consistent role.
