Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Moving Experts in Training and/or Mover Foremen in Training to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the packing, loading, unloading, and transportation of goods for residential and commercial clients. This role requires excellent attention to detail, physical stamina for heavy lifting or long days, and the ability to take ownership of your role.
Duties
- Conduct yourself in a presentable and professional manner that represents the brand and company to the highest levels in the industry.
- Pack, load, unload and transport items, ensuring safe handling to prevent damage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site and company equipment.
- Work alongside team members to ensure safe completion of moving tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Logistical experience is a plus, including familiarity with loading trucks and storage practices.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving box trucks is advantageous.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 100 pounds).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for ensuring safety in moves.
