Essential Responsibilities
- Wash, dry, and clean vehicle exteriors to showroom standards.
- Vacuum and thoroughly clean vehicle interiors.
- Shampoo carpets, floor mats, and upholstery as needed.
- Clean leather, vinyl, plastic, glass, and interior trim surfaces.
- Perform paint decontamination and prepare vehicles for delivery.
- Apply detailing chemicals and cleaning products according to manufacturer recommendations.
- Perform final quality inspections before vehicle delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Safely move customer and company vehicles throughout the facility.
- Follow all company safety policies and immediately report accidents or equipment concerns.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in varying temperatures throughout the day.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous automotive detailing experience
- Experience with paint correction or polishing
- Experience applying ceramic coatings
- Dealership or professional detailing experience
Experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
