Duties

• Lead and supervise the daily operations of the bead shop, ensuring smooth store functioning and excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory control, including purchasing, stocking, merchandising, and pricing to maximize sales and minimize waste.
• Oversee POS (Point of Sale) systems for accurate cashiering, sales processing, and cash handling procedures.
• Implement marketing initiatives to promote products and increase store visibility within the community.
• Weekend availability is a must.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Skills

• Proven management experience within retail environments, especially in jewelry or craft stores.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills.

Position Overview: The Manager will act as an extension of the business, ensuring smooth communication and fostering positive relationships with existing and new clients. This role will be instrumental in community outreach efforts and play a pivotal role in the direct relationship between client, planning and executing successful events that align with Modern Moon, LLC, and Business Owner vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Business Owner and professional contacts, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Lead and manage community outreach initiatives to enhance the company's presence and engagement within the local community.
• Plan, organize, and execute successful events. Including, but not limited to, coordinating all aspects from inception to completion (logistics, marketing, pricing, all follow-up).
• Work collaboratively with Business Owner and other team members to identify opportunities for growth and community engagement.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the Company appropriately at all times.
• Be willing and available to work on-site, during evenings, and on weekends as required by the business needs.

• Proven experience in a liaison role, community outreach, event planning, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of individuals and organizations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to professionalism and the ability to always act in the best interest of the business.
• Physical exertion needed to perform tasks, such as sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling.basic math for sales transactions and budgeting.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control and merchandising practices.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
