Sign-On Bonus: $8,000

$32.00 – $38.00 per hour

Pay varies based on experience, shift, and qualifications. Shift differentials may apply for 2nd and 3rd shift.

5–10 years of plastic injection molding processing experience preferred.

We are looking for an experienced Foreman / Processor to support daily plastic injection molding operations, troubleshoot processing issues, lead shift activity, and help maintain production, quality, and safety standards.

• Set up, start up, and process injection molding machines
• Troubleshoot molding defects and production issues
• Support mold changes, material changes, and startups
• Lead shift operators and coordinate daily production
• Monitor quality, cycle times, scrap, and production output
• Use calipers, micrometers, and inspection tools
• Maintain shift reports and production documentation
• Support safety culture, housekeeping, and continuous improvement

• 5–10 years of hands-on injection molding experience
• Strong processing and troubleshooting skills
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tooling, machines, and auxiliary equipment
• Ability to lead people in a fast-paced production environment
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Forklift experience preferred
