Modern MOJO is looking for an in-office Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to work as an Independent Contractor at one of our offices in Willmar MN.

In office provider is preferred. However, we would be willing to discuss Remote / Telehealth options are for outstanding providers that are self-starters and motivated.

Licensed Therapist (Must have completed all Supervision Requirements)

• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Here at Modern MOjO we do things differently. If you join our team as an independent contractor, you will be able to make your own schedule and work as much or as little as you want. All at a place that will help you get started, support you with our experience, and make it as easy as possible for you to be successful.

Tracy Zimmerman-DeSchepper started Modern MOJO so she could be able to truly help her clients in our community without the bureaucracy of working at company. After starting Modern MOjO, she realized that having a business, staff, and all that it entails is a lot of work and gets expensive. This helped her come up with her current business model. We call it “Sharing the Overhead.” Modern MOJO covers all the headaches and issues with having your own Mental Health business.

We will help train you in the best charting practices to meet the required insurance billing requirements, no having to guess what is required by insurance companies to get paid. Transparent billing and productions, we provide a detailed list of the reimbursement for each of the patients you see so you know what you are earning.

We are credentialed will all major Health insurance companies and a lot of the small ones too. Credentialing is one of the most important and time-consuming tasks to start up a Mental Health Business. Our Staff will help make it the easiest step in the process.

This allows you to show up, see patients, finish your charting, then head home. You will be in charge of your income, if you want to make the most you can, then you have the ability to work 7 days a week, however, if you only want to be part time then you can choose to only work 1 day a week. Simple as that.
