Modern Maintenance, Inc. is hiring daytime custodians in an industrial setting.
Wage: $16/hr. $500 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days of employment
Shift: 8:00AM – 4:30PM
Schedule: Sunday/Monday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday with Tuesday and Saturday OFF
Responsibilities:
- This job is outside job maintaining cleanliness of a parking lot in all weather conditions
- Empty trash containers
- Exterior cleaning to include along building and fence lines
- Help keep closets and storage areas organized
- Performs other janitorial duties as required
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
- Stand/walk for the entirety of the shift
- Bend/kneel/crouch/climb
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record required
