Modern Maintenance, Inc.is hiring housekeepers in a professional setting.
Wage:$16/hr. $250 Sign-On Bonus after 4 months of employment
Shift*: 8:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday - Friday
**This is a bathroom cleaning position**
Responsibilities:
- Clean bathrooms
- Empty trash containers
- Vacuum all carpeted floors
- Dust, mop, and sweep hard floors
- Dust all horizontal surfaces high and low
- Remove fingerprints and marks from glass and stainless-steel surfaces
- Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas
- Notify supervisor of any problems
- Perform other janitorial duties as required
Physical and Other Requirements
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand/walk for the entirety of the shift
